2. All receptions and lunches hosted during the exhibition-oriented event will have sponsoring company's name and logo displayed on the panel.

VIP Lounge : Rs. 2,00,000/-

he VIP Lounge will be set up by the sponsoring company thus providing necessary infrastructure for the VIP’s visiting the exhibition. Refreshment for the VIP persons will also be provided by the company.

The name & logo of the company will be displayed prominently in the VIP Lounge.

FICCI will charge Rs 2,00,000 from the company in addition to the costs incurred by them on creating the above infrastructure and providing refreshments.

IN CASE THE COMPANY WANTS FICCI TO CREATE THE INFRASTRUCTURE and PROVIDE REFERESHMENTS THE COST OF SPONSORSHIP WOULD BE Rs. 5,00,000

The name and logo of the sponsoring company will appear on the cover page of the directory. The company will find publicity among participating companies and business visitors to the exhibition. The directory will be sent to all industrial association in the field of Chemical, Ministry of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Diplomatic missions abroad and foreign missions in India after the event.

Internet Kiosk : Rs. 75,000 /-

FICCI is providing an Internet Kiosk at a centrally located place within the Exhibition Halls. The Kiosks will have five terminals for accessing Internet. The service is free for all the Exhibitors. The sponsoring company will have its logo and company name prominently displayed on this Kiosk, which will be visible from a distance. Sponsoring company can also keep its company leaflets at the Kiosk for free distribution. The visibility will be among business visitors, exhibitors and policy makers.
